Caroline & Peter
"We have completely different temperature needs — we actually used to sleep in separate rooms. Eight Sleep's dual-zone control brought us back to one bed."
Dongyu
"As a biohacker, I've tried every supplement out there — nothing stuck. Eight Sleep brought measurable results: resting heart rate down 3–5 BPM, sleep score from 80+ to over 90."
Maria
"I run cold and always needed electric blankets or hot water bottles — nothing worked well. Now I set my temperature before bed and I fall asleep faster, sleep deeper, and wake up with more energy."
Teddy
"I'm a founder and endurance sports lover — my mind races before bed. Eight Sleep's Relax mode uses back warmth and rain sounds to build a wind-down ritual that helps me fall asleep fast."

FAQs
Does it work on my mattress?
Yes. The Pod Cover fits over any mattress like a fitted sheet. Keep your mattress, your frame, your sheets.
What if my partner and I want different temperatures?
That's exactly what the Pod is for. Each side adjusts independently from 13°C to 43°C.
What's Autopilot?
It's the AI that runs your Pod. It learns how you sleep and adjusts temperature, elevation, and more — automatically, every night.
Can I try it risk-free?
Yes. You get 30 nights. If you don't love it, return it for a full refund. Free shipping both ways.
How is this different from a cooling mattress pad?
Cooling pads use fans that fade in hours. The Pod uses active water-based cooling that lasts all night, adjusts automatically, and works differently on each side of the bed.
